Fitness Goals

I trained for and completed my first 5k on Thanksgiving 2012 (The Turkey Trot!) with a time of 44:04.

Fitness Plan:
  • Interval training (running walking) until I am running for 35 minutes solid
  • 3 days on 1 day off routine
  • Add morning fasting cardio (as part of 3 on, 1 off)
  • Add weight training after I have reached 35 minute goal.
Goal for July 2013:
Run 5k in 36 minutes or less. (12 minute mile or less)
