WW Weigh-In book 1

Prior to joining Weight Watchers, I had been doing a program at home, on my own. I found that I needed the weekly weigh-ins and the meetings to increase my success.
The totals below will be just since starting Weight Watchers in November.
My Grand totals are listed occasionally as well; but WW does not recognize the weight loss before joining.

  1. 1. 1/18/12: First Weight In
  2. 11/25/12: -4.8 (Total: -4.8)
  3. 12/2/12: -0.4 (Total: -5.2)
  4. 12/9/12: -5.2 (Total: -10.4)
  5. 12/16/12: -0.6 (Total: -11)
  6. 12/23/12: Traveling--missed meeting
  7. 12/30/12:-2.6 (Total:-13.6)
  8. 1/6/13: -3.4  (Total:-17.0)
  9. 1/13/13 +3.6 (Total -13.4) I am SO irritated at myself for this week.
  10. 1/20/12: -1.2 (Total -14.6)
  11. 1.27.13: -2.6 (Total: -17.2) (-34.6 Grand total :))
  12. 2/2/13: -3.6 (Total: -20.8)
  13. 2/10/13: -0.4 (Total -21.6) (-39 total pounds)
  14. 2/17/13: + 4.6 (Total -17)
  15. 2/24/13: -4.4 (Total 21.4)
  16. 3/3/13: -0.0 (Total 21.4)
  17. 3/10/13: +3.0 (Total -17.0) This is what happens when I don't track. Lesson learned.
  18. 3/17/13: -1.4 (total -18.4)
  19. 3/24/13: no weigh in
  20. 3/31/13: +0.6 (-17.6)
  21. 4/14/13 -0.8 (-18.6)  New weight watchers weight tracker! 16 weighs-in!
