I decided each Weight Watcher weight record book deserved its own page.
My goal for this books is to not have any gains for all 16 weeks. .
- 4/14/13 -0.8 (-18.6)
- 4/21/13: -3.6 (-22.2) Finally!!! getting back on track!
- 4/28/13: -0.8 (-23)
- 5/5/13: -1.0 (-24)
- 5/12/13: No weigh in! Closed for mother's day
- 5/18/13: No weigh in! Family in town :)
- 5/27/13: -2.6 (-26.6 WW) -46 (grand total)
- 6/2/13: -2.8 (-29.4)
- 6/9/13: (actually weighed in on 6/15/13 due to wisdom teeth surgery) +0.6 (oh and I am angry!)\
- 6/16/13: (weighed on 6/15/13) see above
- 6/23/13: 1.4 (WW: -30.2) (Grand Total: -50.2)
